Awesome job, the gameplay was fun. however I could not figure out how to kill the broom.
Thanks for the feedback! There is a hidden range of health for each hazard. The broom stick takes the longest to get to the nest so it also has the largest range of health.
The graphics and animations are fantastic, and the ambient sound design works perfectly. I'd like to see some feedback when clicking an enemy, like maybe they flash white or something, but for 3 hours I think you've done great, so I can't really criticise too much :)
I completely agree! We had a mechnic in the backlog that was similar but we really wanted to stay under 3 hours.
With the beautiful visuals and ambient sound, it's very immersive and impressive for three hours. clicking on some of the threats was hard but besides that amazing. Great job!
Thank you so much! My buddy and I planned everything out before and then raced against the clock. We wanted to add a crow and have the birdies hatch with different colors but 3 hours is a very narrow window.
very nice visual, what shader do you use ? looks totally awesome,
We used Unity URP and just made some different mesh wave shaders. Tutorials on it are quick and easy to follow. Using shaders saves a ton of time instead of having to animate everything.
thanks
Really enjoyed the visuals, nice natural sounds but that super fast squirrel is no annoying (good challenge).
Thanks so much for the review and feedback! Yeah the squirrel is a sneeky bugger.
Very nice game and idea !
Thanks! Wanted to stick close to the theme.
