Interesting mechanic, and fun to play. I use Godot also!
The pixel art is really cute, but it's hard to read due to being so small. I would suggest a change in the field of view. Zoom in so we can see all those cool pixel details you made! I found the jumping and falling mechanic to be interesting, and it is implemented well. The enemy AI is more than adequate for this game.
