Wow, very nice graphics. Nice idea too. I think some really interresting puzzles could be made with extra elements, e.g. traps or buttons that do something when the character walks over them. Sometimes the character didn't walk, even though there was a complete path to the end, and then I needed to flip a tile back and forth until it started moving again.

some light probes and bake illumination and look nice. Thankfully graphic card do process faster
Very impressive for a game made in 3h. I know that was probably due to the time limit but it wasn't always clear where you had to go. That would make a great mobile game btw. Good job!
