- Controls were snappy but eventually impossible to doge bullet wall. Enemies that are all moving same direction and shoot like turrets are not fun. Fewer enemies and having a dogfight would be an improvement.
- Impressive work for such a short amount of time! The upgrades are hard to get at start, as you don't have a second to read the texts! You could consider pausing the game for choosing the upgrade, to give player a small break, and some time to strategize. It wouldn't be a problem because this is intense!

Intuitive controls and fun to play :) The bullet visibility is difficult because the background which can be fixed by adding more contrast to the bullets or decreasing the contrast of the stars
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, the background ended up not great. I spent way too much time figuring out the spraycan tool in aseprite, so by the time I've imported it into the game and realized the contrast issue there wasn't much time left to fix it. It was either redoing it from scratch (not enough time), dimming it down (which looked ugly), keeping a pure black background (boring) or leaving it as is.
Alone against so many ships, it was hopeless xD I scored 707 points in my best game. It was a really intense game, well done!
