Methodology
For this submission, I used MuseScore4 (stock instruments and the initial composition) as well as Garageband (mixing and mastering, stock plugins mostly).
Any techniques for balancing/arrangement of the instruments was done primarily by focusing on the dynamics between the instruments as well as some basic panning in the DAW.
