As I understand, it's only the last time when you interact with Amanda matters. But I still don't undestand what does the good(?) ending means - is she going with me or not?

I guess, it's as good inerpretation of Bandersnatch as any, but still there is still more to be desired.

Developer

Yes, the 'good' ending is that she wants to go with you. Yeah, the ending didn't feel very satisfactory, wanted to do more with it, but didn't have the time during the jam

Nice game, liked how you were given choices, but none of them really mattered (at least that's what it seemed like to me). The text was a little hard to read being cursive and having no background. Also, a different color for the narrator dialogue would help; sometimes I thought the person was still talking.

Developer(+1)

That was the idea that your decisions didn't matter, although I didn't have time to finish it the way I planned. You're right about the text, I didn't see it was so bad to read

Just to go against the popular opinion, it didn't feel unfinished to me – I mean, the game is called Ask to prom and, well, both endings are about the outcome of that goal, and it was quite fun to find out the way to the happier one :)

Developer

Thank you for the comment! Glad you like it :)

Did a few runs and somehow managed to get to a somewhat good ending? Its a little counterintuitive and I don't quite get the message of the story. Interesting idea and interpretation of Bandersnatch though! The cursive font is a little hard to read. Artwork is simple and neat.

Developer

Yeah, I think the ending is not clear and intuitive. At first I thought the font would suit the game, but yeah, it's a bit hard to read. Thank you for the feedback!

I really like the idea and a great start, as others have said it's too bad you didn't get to finish, I would like to know how it would end!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback!

Nice artwork and set up, I was very keen to find out what happens next :) Hope you get to finish it soon!

Developer

Thank you so much!

yeah... Shame you could not finish it. The concept is right on point.

Thank you for the feedback!

Idea is nice (and the parallel with BM:B is good) it's just a sin that's not completed .-)

Developer

I'm glad parallel with BM:B is good :) Thanks for the feedback

so...it just ends with nothing else to do, no way to restart, or anything. Feels very unfinished.

Developer(+1)

That's true, it's actually unfinished, didn't have enough time to do what I planned. Thank you for the feedback!

Gotcha. I've been there myself with many jams in the past. If you mentioned that it was unfinished in the description, I must have missed it.

Developer(+1)

I forgot to mention that it's unfinished in the description, I added this later. It's good to know that it also happened to other people :)
