You can build the app with unity and then just zip the entire folder that you build it into. Then you can put the repository on itch.io!

Did you just post the exe and not the supplementing file which was generated along with the exe... you should have posted the entire folder as zip
Unable to run the game, missing UnityPlayer.dll
Only *.exe file. Misses UnityPlayer.dll. And even with it the game doesn't launch.
