Can I use HTML and javascript with an external library?

If it's only one HTML file, then does the imported library need to fit into the character limit?

I don't think it does, because my engine which has many useful things and doesn't count to the character limit

@kuszabe Don't worry about the code in your imported library! When we talk about 500 characters of game code, we don't mean the underlying engine or libraries supporting the game code. As I've mentioned to a few other people, the rules of TweetTweetJam are a little lax for a reason - 500 characters of game code can mean what you need it to depending on your engine of choice. If you feel that it fits the rules of the jam, we'd love for you to participate and have you along for the ride. :)
