What does that mean? Can you use different shades of the same colour?
Three colours refers to three distict rbg values so different shades of the same colour are discouraged.
Are black and white considered colours, then? Because white and black are technically rgb values(FFFFFF and 000000).
Black and white would be counted as colours, yes.
