Can submissions be existing games if they fit into the already outlined rules?

sure! I’m not your dad.

Can the resolution mechanic use something other than dice, like coin tossing or rock-paper-scissor?

Host

I think for this one I'd stick to the single dice type. However I'm not going to police people's submissions, as the restrictions are there for fun, not for hang ups!

I’d certainly interpret coins as 1D2 in this case, so I’d say it counts!

That's fair! I think a d2 is a valid choice :)

As someone who makes a lot of solo games, I was curious — does the 4 pages guideline include something like tables to reference, or is it just for the core rules + mechanics?

(I've fit a solo game with a playing card deck on a trifold before so I'll figure out how to do it here if it's what I decide to do, but I was curious!)

for my two games I included EVERYTHING in the 4 pages. However, the guidelines aren't really "strict" so If you have a few extra pages that aren't strictly core rules and just add flavor, I think that's fine :) Sorry for the delay in replying! I just saw this!
