  • Let me start by saying I am amazed that this was done in Pulp. I had to re-open the game and try to see the rough edges of Pulp and you did a great job of making a Pulp game not even recognizable as one. I've spent a lot of time in Pulp and you certainly floored me with that. The concept was interesting and I like that the scores were based on days that you could use to clear out the ice box. The music was my favorite out of all the entries to the jam - well done! I struggled a bit to understand how the ice accrued on the bottom and how the temperature was playing a role. I couldn't tell if I should be trying to put a lot of items in and scoring or just pressing the end of day button over and over for 50 points. There was a point where the ice from the bottom was a bar across the middle but not covering the bottom of the ice box which had me a bit confused. This one has great potential!

Good music, COOL (!) idea for a puzzler! I had a hard time understanding how to make some elements work together. The boundary of the puzzle wasn't super clear, but I liked the general gist of what needed to happen and the pacing for the most part.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I will definitely work on improving the experience.
Regarding the blocks, they are made up of squares. Unfortunately, on Pulp, there's no way to do otherwise since transparency isn't supported, so that's the limitation I’m working with. I’ll keep that in mind as I continue to refine the game.

  • Nice music & sfx
  • Nice with Settings & Instructions (instructions are a bit "hard" to read, maybe split up over multiple screens?)
  • The Now and After placement I would expected the another way around :)
  • I got the idea of frige tetris, but I didn't get how to tiles are placed. Some are centered where the cursor is, others aren't. I think it needs a preview where the tile would be.
  • I didn't really get the idea over multiple days?

Thank you for your feedback!

Rather than a Tetris-style game, it's more about filling the inventory.
I can definitely try to make the instructions clearer and more explanatory.

Here’s a bit of clarification:

  • "Now" and "After" refer to the blocks you are positioning
  • You can understand how to place the blocks by rotating the crank and checking the "Now" placement
  • The days in the game are more like turns; story-wise, they indicate that you're using the fridge for a longer period

I also have some updates in mind and will definitely release a fixed version with these suggestions incorporated!

It looks like the page for Frigo is set to restricted. Can you set it to published?

Developer(+1)

Oh, of course, sorry! I thought in a game jam you could see it... now it's published!
