Nothing special or extraordinary will be provided unless Johan or Christian want to offer something. I think the expectation is that if you are participating you either have CB In n physical or digital form OR are familiar enough with the basic framework of how it works that you can manage.
General rule of thumb regarding game text, per the 3pp license; names places, proper-nouns can be used. Rule text is generally okay. Flavor text is not replicable. But you should for sure refer to the license for more detail/clarification.
