How did you choose to implement the Theme: Vampire in your game?
The main character is a vampire that collects blood while trying to find a way out of Anubis's pyramid.
The character model is inspired by the Nosferatu, a classic vampire figure.

I love the main character model and the monster hands, seeing the hands really reminded me of Oblivion.
The art in general is great in my opinion.
I would maybe increase the brightness and reduce the damaged effect a bit, they both really fit the game but made it hard to see sometimes.
I feel like the gameplay had a lot of potential but was missing something.
I really liked the idea of solving riddles to move between each room and avoiding traps in between.
However I couldn't figure out how to avoid the traps even when I saw them in front of me. The fire was also really cool at first but also felt hard to navigate and I ended up just ignoring it.
The puzzles of finding runes and then using them to open the next chest are pretty cool, if there was a bit more thinking involved and some different puzzles in each room I would have enjoyed them even more.
The Audio was really great and fit the visuals so well that I was really immersed in the game.
I don't think this game necessarily needs too much narrative, but I think you set up the pyramid and character so well that adding some emotion/motivation will really make the player invested in the game.
Overall, I think this game does a lot of things really well, and it would improve a lot by polishing the gameplay.
Hello Nitsan,
Thanks for your comment. Much of what you have written is absolutely on point. I think this jam was a great experience for us and we learned a lot from it to improve next time. Personally I liked your game the most and I think you pretty much nailed it.
Thanks a lot :D
Good temple and monster hands, music and grouls. I see the mouse sensitivity very high and when touch walls rotate the character, its look bad in camera. I find it good at first like a virtual visit to a museum (more light will be ok), next I dont know what to do and nothing to fight.
Hello Omwekiatl,
thanks for playing the prototype. We just released an update to fix the issues you mentioned.
