The controls were a bit finnicky, and it was honestly a bit too hard for me. I can see how the game could be fun if I was better at it, but I honestly was simply way to slow, and I could seeminly never brew the coffee/tea correctly
This is really, really fun. One of my favorites in the entire jam.
Everything works intuitively. The recipes are posted right on the wall, and the names make sense, so after I'd made each drink a few times, I remembered it, and now I could make it so much more quickly. I also enjoyed coming up with tiny efficiencies, like laying out the ingredients before crushing or cutting them, or putting the kettle on first.
The one flaw is that the game is just too hard. Serving the right drinks doesn't seem to bring the heat down, and I never got to serve more than 4 or so robots before the place got burned down. :( Is this what being a barista is like?
Cool game, hard to understand mechanics at first, but really fun and challenging. Maybe a bit hard, but fun! GJ
Really Cool Game, I Didn't Really Know How To Play At First But Later The Game Felt Really Good After, I Like The Art. That All, Good Game ;P
This looks and feels great. I found it quite difficult and only managed to fulfill 2-3 orders before it got too hot. I didn't realise at first that I had to put out the fires, but even when I did they seemed to start as quickly as I could put them out. I think a slower rate of customers and simpler recipes at the beginning might give it a gentler learning curve. Overall it was quite fun though. Nice work!
