Submit your finished project here on itch.io. You'll need to create a 'new game' and you can add all sorts of info about your world there, like a description, pictures, videos, etc. You can also enable comments, etc. Then click on "Submit Your Project" on the main VRChat Sketchbook Jam page and include the URL to your world there. We'll add some info to the main page to illustrate.
Many of them will be visited by one person at a time - but if you mention that on the submission page and/or in your world, we'll get a group together.
