An addictive rhythm game!

Any rhythm game that does anything more complicated than 4-to-the-floor immediately has my respect! Having said that, I literally couldn't figure out how to jump over obstacles in time with the music 😅

Art style has tons of character and a really pleasing colour palette, and the music would have me tapping along even if that wasn't the core mechanic of the game.

Hey thank you, and yea the game is kinda hard, I wanted to use the melody as the main mechanic, but it would be even harder to play, glad you liked it tho

Oh btw I will check your games once I have time

Pretty unique idea! It's not easy but once you get how it works it's fun, jumping and double jumping is kind of awkward though.

Hey thanks for the feedback, I wanted to add a tutorial but didn't had time.

I made the jump like that to make it more skilfull, but perhaps it's better to keep it simple...

I actually really like the idea, as someone who is fairly into rhythm games. A bit on the hard side, but I'd love to see this expanded.

Thanks, it was pretty fun making it, and I'm thinking about updating it sometime,  but I need to get better at game dev in general first, cuz the art was definitely lacking and the code was... very spaguetti.

Fun game once I figured out how to play. I would recommend moving the beat indicator to the middle of the screen so the player can see both the beats and the platforms at the same time.

Also, I suggest uploading a .zip file rather than a .rar because Windows can't open rar files without extra software.

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks, I wanted to do that but the code was kinda messy.

And yea I was wondering if I should upload it as a zip or rar, now I know how I should go about it.
