I had a lot of fun with this one! It feels great chucking the throwing axe and around and dodging despite the minimalist presentation. I'd love to see an update here, and maybe procedurally generated dungeons?

Thank you so much for playing. I’m already working on an update to add in some things I wanted to do during the jam, i.e. animations, nice 2bpp sprites and improved fire rendering, I need to do some optimisations and compression to bring this within cart budget. Following this update I will probably experiment with some constrained random dungeon generation, trying to retain the game progression, but cautious about effect on speed-running. I also had another enemy type & sword tweaks I wanted to try out!

There's a BSOD bug in the here submitted version. It's fixed in v0.1.1 which is available on GitHub and wapm
