These stuff Are from the discord but i decided to tell them here in 1 package: all of menu is zoomed out like this, and an interactive tutorial would've been waaay better. ik u have double jumping, but a higher jump when holding space is good the font should be the same in the death screen, i'm nitpicking cuz the game is very good, i can't find bad stuff lol on the start of the game, i took 8 seconds to find an enemy a bigger map, is also good u should make enemy spawn points and player spawn points random, as i can memorize them animals aren't on the ground when walking on the platforms also, if i touch an animal from behind, i shouldn't be damaged maybe add combos, and make the left mouse button a kick and sometimes i'm standing somewhere and an animal is randomly spawned in front of me and i get damaged when an animal is damaging u, he should have a new animation and make music loopable, cuz it suddenly stops and a death animation for both animals and player when an enemy dies a sfx should play there are currently 3 attacks, each one should have a different sfx and add a high score there is no jump animation and a run animation is playing even when in the air also, w should also jump, so as the up-arrow small stuff do a lot, believe me pause menu is needed as the game runs on time and score currently i can't go back to the menu unless i die and i just can't talk about how good the art is

Your game is very fun to play, and its very addictive! I showed it to my brother and he said, that my game has no chance against this :( Well done! The music is also pretty cool, but maybe the game is a bit too hard.
Gamers like the element of improving their skills, so this is what I aimed for! keep playing and improve your skills, break a new score everytime, beat the timer, that's what I would play a game for :)
Very interesting game, reminds me of old flash games I used to play.
The art style is very nice and I like it a lot. The music seems a bit familiar and I prefer original soundtracks, but that's just a personal thing. The controls are a bit clunky in terms of movement, it doesn't really feel that great to jump through the air or move around. The controls for combat on the other hand are quite good, specifically the sword since the sprite moves with it. When it comes to the guns, they feel a bit underwhelming and also look a bit odd just floating on the sprite, I think the sword combat is much nicer.
My only recommendation is maybe drop the guns and just add cooler swords or something along those lines if you were to continue this project.
Anyways, great work and I hope to see more in the future!
I've tried to leave the controls as much as smooth and simple I could, I assume it's a bit clunky for you because your resolution is very high, try playing this game without a full-screen! :)
