What a lovely little experience with a great moral. The art was beautiful, the writing was really realistic, the cats were cute, the music choice was greatly appreciated, and the characters were wonderful and diverse. I especially relate to Allison the most.
Though the writing was great, sometimes it felt like the grammar could've been a little better. For example, some sentences go on for a bit too long, and at certain points it seemed like the wrong word was used. That's all okay, though, because overall the dialogue was fully understandable.
Here's some advice: Instead of requiring Fullscreen to see everything, you can set the Window Stretch Mode to Canvas_Items (EDIT: and set the aspect to Keep). That'll keep the game at a fixed aspect ratio without cropping or downscaling anything.
