So I figured out that my game has 2 small bugs that is itching me. I wanna fix it but I'm scared it'll be against the rules. Can I at least upload 2 versions of the game, 1 is the original and the other is after the patch? or is that not necessary?

I'm pretty sure you can't modify your jam build or web build. But you can add an additional .exe on the project page. You can also create a new project and link it to your jam entry.
