How does your game relate to the theme?
The game focuses on light vs dark. The player can switch between light and dark mode, in which light mode you can pick up light blocks and in dark mode you can pick up dark blocks. Light blocks can be bonded with one another to increase polarity/energy, which can be used to recharge ammo or light a torch(which scares the enemy away). Dark blocks have the ability to suck in surrounding objects.

Nice game really like the simple graphics. A little hard to guess what to do next but in such a short amount of time, you did great! Happy new year btw
Thanks for the feedback lol, this was my first jam so me and my teammate overshot WAY too much. Many of the mechanics we wanted to add didn't make it in, so we had to wrap up the level design and UI in a matter of a few hours. My friend and I are in 9th grade, so we still have much to learn.
Overall, this jam was really fun and I'll definitely use some of the skills in the future! (also happy new years)
