How did you implement the Theme?
1 weapon, tons of bullets, and 1 button for each player
How did you implement the Modifiers? (if you did)
You can bounce the bullet into wall, bullets, and enemy. However, your own bullet can even kill you too same as the enemy

Interesting Idea! like PONG with bullets hehe. like dbcodez mentioned, it has potential, things like a score/health left and AI would definitely add more to the game, also differently designed rooms as well would make for interesting tactics.
P.S that gun shot sound is amazing, where did you get it from?
This has a lot of potential. I would have liked to have seen a score and played against AI so that it determines a winner. Not bad, with an update I think this could hit off.
