Indeed, the game is not perfect but it is a great job for your first game jam.
I think you should more play on the "you only have 3 bullets so don't abuse on shooting like you did in 3rd level" than "make 1000 jumps to gather bullets which is only long and bringing not that much".
However, I enjoyed the experiment, great job for 3 days work !
