Very nice game! I like that you choose when to restart instead of having spikes placed everywhere

Its got very nice presentation, especially the lighting. Just considering the platforming, it's a really nice package!

One of the many corpse based platformers, so it loses points for originality.

Because it's one screen, it reveals the biggest problem with these corpse based platformers.

If I can get to a point in the level, so I can kill myself to add a platform there... I already proved I could get there so it's annoying that I go back to the start.

Really it's a platformer that you can add platforms within yourself, with extra steps. It's a bit frustrating.

Thanks for the honest feedback!
I wanted to keep it simple since this was my first game jam.

I love the lighting that the player emits, it makes the visuals look really good while remaining super simple. Very fun to play, good job! I'd love to see you work more on this in the future!

Nice project!

The idea is simple but fun. I really like this simple art style, especially the light effect which comes from the player. The music and sounds are good.

Good job!
