The game has a charm with its ascetic. The Thug Life dolphin is nice. I like the underwater and fish sounding as a mechanic. The doing bad to do well fits the theme but encourages playing your game badly, takes the spark out of the game. This is the theme but I would focus on making the mechanic feel good to accomplish like the best moves cause you to splat on the water but give you big points. I really really wanted to do good in your game, with big jumps. So definitely got some very good rough diamonds in this entry. 

The controls are quite difficult on Keyboard. But generally looks like an interesting game. :)
