Last time i remember that in Wowie Jam 2.0 using your old scripts or scripts from the internet was allowed, so i wonder can i for example Make a 3D Kit, & then when the theme is revealed i use the kit & modify it & add more stuff on top of it just like a base to start with ?

Yes, I'd say as long as it's just a bunch of general multipurpose scripts it's definitely okay.  Making a full game and then re-skinning it for the jam is not. Use your own judgement to draw the line between the two. :)
