Very cool! I really enjoyed the game, particularly when the lava would come and get you at the end. It was tense and super cool. I didn't get past level 3 though...as far as I can tell it's impossible, and if it's not its certainly harder than should be expected of players during a jam. Cool idea though!

Cool game, I liked the recurring mechanic of fliping the switching and doing the level backward. I had to give up non the 3rd level tho, the one with the rising lava, cause it was just... way to hard. Also I'm not sure if the key was necessary, maybe it's getting different in other levels, but in all the levels I played it was just right next to the door, so just leaving through the door would've been enough.

A bit too hard imo, but it was a cool game for sure.

Nice one!

I liked the mechanic of doing levels forward and back, it's a neat gimmick in platformers you don't see too often and I enjoyed seeing it here.

One thing I'd like is to be able to see above and below me a bit by holding up or down to trim down on the leaps of faith.

I get why it's a rage game, but honestly it didn't feel intentional. From the basic art to the lack of theme it felt a bit phoned in. So as some constructive feedback here's what would have made it feel a bit more . . . purposeful.

Firstly the controller: a rigidbody controller with no rotation constraint. So to make it a bit more enjoyable to control (while not more easy to win) you could make the player move curve speed up a bit faster (rather than starting at zero). The rotation was good though.

Besides that I'd just recommend using the time that doesn't go to balancing to improve the art. Even to just make a proper title screen rather than just text. Even if it means making less levels.

I did like controlling the character though, and the music and sounds were great.

That's all really. It's not that bad actually, it's just that there wasn't much to love in particular, it just felt kinda ordinary. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, I just read on the game page you may update this game, so I wanted to help.

Fun! Definitely challenging, as you said. The jumping feels a little weird, and the collision seems a little too large (might be intentional for extra rage, idk), but I do like the idea of the lava and having to do the levels backward. I don't think it fits the theme very well, but the game is good.
