Anything else you want players to know before they play?
Thank you for playing! The game is very simple, give it a few tries and try to get a large score!

Pretty fun! I loved the music, it perfectly fit the mood. It would be nice to see a running score though, as well as some feedback on my shot (such as what angle I'm currently aiming at, etc).
It doesn't work for me even on firefox
Me too
This is pretty neat! I like the idea of a shooter made from bubbles that come from sails on a boat. X) And the arena idea is a really nice one. Also, I think you're the first game I've played that has settings for the music and sound, so thanks! :)
The music and sounds in the game is well-chosen. And the sound effect that plays when you take out a boat person is pretty funny. I also like how you can fire off a shot, run off, and still hear the sound when/if the guy's taken out offscreen. The gameplay can get pretty chaotic and fun, and I enjoyed my time with it. Love the use of rocks in this game (though enemies would sometimes ignore them and shoot desperately at me and hit rocks over and over)--it's a neat design choice.
I do have a few problems with Operation S.O.A.P., though. Like @Timothi Ellim, I would've liked a score counter to know how far I've gotten along the way. And the title screen doesn't really give enough of a clue to the game that you're about to experience. Also, the enemy spawning is overall fine, but sometimes they spawn too quickly--I had 6 boats chasing me at once at one point! And another time, an enemy spawned directly in front of me and fired off a shot before I could react.
Speaking of the shots, I couldn't shoot at all while moving, and that made this game really hard to play. Which is odd, because I think the enemies could (also, their fire rate was much higher than mine)? I don't know if this is because I'm playing on a laptop, and the game doesn't read my mousepad while I move (which is a problem I've had with FPS games), or if not being able to shoot while moving was an intentional design choice--please let me know.
I had a lot of fun with this one. Thanks for making it. :)
3400! Had a really great time playing this~ The drag and shoot mechanic took some time to get used to (was half-expecting an indicator to show up haha) but after that hurdle it got really great as I tried to outshoot the black-hats. Would've to see a score to know where I'm at (:
Overall, the combination of the music, the graphics and the animation adds up to a really fun arcade time. Great solid game that can be expanded upon!
P.S what's the highest score you've gotten so far?
Unfortunately the AI is basic so it can be cheesed to go however long you want. I wish I had figured out the Navmesh to get pathfinding working. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Loved the music, it fits everything so perfect, adds a nice fun and silly undertone to everything. It's a good little game, however once you understand the loop things get really simple, so maybe adding some other (maybe gags from other comics?) could add more gameplay. Otherwise it's a solid base for a game to build upon.
Thank you, I agree that it gets repetitive fairly quick. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out some new stuff so unfortunately it limited what time I had.
I understand. Jam's are always tight on time. Good work for what you got done.
