Well the jam says that we cant need to download any software or anything,but the examples where like core or roblox so it begs me the question,do gamemaker studio 2 count as a software or something like that
You can use software like GameMaker studio as long as the final build (what the player has to download) is self-contained in something like a zip or exe so they don't have to download anything else but the game itself.
