Interesting idea! I included it in my Yogscast Game Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Kind of frustrating, but an ok concept.

Interesting concept! I was thinking it might work better using mouse aiming, but perhaps limiting it to 8 directions is part of the challenge.

Very interesting game, was a bit hard to grasp controls initially, but I got there in the end.

Good fun! It was hard but just about beatable. Took me longer than it should have to realise I could aim diagonally, and that you could shoot the fire beam-things. I liked that you made a way to cheese level 3, it felt like a nice reward for the challenge of the previous level. All-in-all, good stuff!

Really fun platforming mechanic, but very, very difficult. I think maybe the second level could have been made a bit easier to ease people in more gradually. Very original though!

I didn't understand at firstBut when I realized what it was like I tried to speedrun for almost half an hour

Very good!

This game was pretty fun! The mechanics were interesting and fun, and I had a blast! My only criticism though is that it has a fairly steep learning curve. I like the art and it reminds me of a retro game's art style. Great job!

It's "opposites" because you move by shooting the opposite way :) It's one of those things where one control does two things: very good :)

Mechanics were fun and the theme was reflected in 2 interesting ways. Hot and cold and opposing forces. The tutorial was unclear and the cutscene moved too fast to read.

Like the cutscenes also nice gameplay.

Nice game, I loved the physics-based mechanics! I love the tradeoffs that creates too - you can spam to go fast in one direction, but then you'd have to spend a bunch of ammo to slow down too, so you have to think about your actions, which is fun. The obstacles were nice too, even if the platforms were obstacles already! I appreciated the different backgrounds as well, it made for some nice variety between levels, and the cutscene was also a great addition, it shows the effort you put in! Well done on making this game!

Great game! The cutscene was fun lol. And I like that you could strategize with the fire to trade life for boosts.
