very interesting game, spooky stuff, it played very well, I'm not too sure how it ties to the theme of the jam though

Really cool concept and execution. This is the first horror type I've seen for this jam and you pulled it off well. I was able to beat it without hints, but having some sort of navigation system in game would be good.

Good idea, the game is quite tense and ticks all the horror game's boxes. The animations are good, and the sound design is what you expect, really cool!

I think it could have some kind of feedback to tell you where to go, a compass or a sound that goes higher the closer you get, something like that so you don't just wander around.

Also, check out z-ordering, sometimes my character was going under stuff in the background.

Great game, keep up the good work!

I had hard times advancing but the presentation and idea are PERFECT! Congrats!

Best game I played so far! Could you add an overhead map? And maybe a hint if you see the player start backtracking? I kept looking how to advance and I couldn't find it

Thank you so much! This was my first ever game jam and I had so much fun with it. I had so many more ideas to implement but you know how it goes haha. An overhead map is a great idea!

In regards to backtracking, I really wanted each SunSpot to connect to each other once you discovered more than one. I had a script with a  LineRenderer component but unfortunately couldn't get it to work on time.
