Always remember to submit your game 1 or 2 hours before any jam starts or else you're gonna end up like this , good try tho I promise to play it when you fix the issue :D
The game is not working for me, but I had the same problems as you and I think I can help you. I fixed the problem by going in unity to: project settings -> player -> settings for WebGl -> publishing settings -> compression format: disabled
