Congrats on your jam submission and your first game made on itch.io! It's great to see new devs join GDevelop's Big Game Jam event. That being said, here are my thoughts about your game.

I like the retro 3D graphics. It reminds me of the old PS1 games back in the '90s. The controls were confusing at first, but after a few minutes, I was able to learn how to move my way around the place quickly. In my several playthroughs, I kept on losing on the first hazard--once because I didn't know where it was, and the other times because I kept on bumping into or obstacles, not knowing where the doors were, or not getting past the doors because they closed too fast. My suggestion is to make it easier for players to know where they are going when they are carrying the hazard barrel; it was too big and was blocking my vision. I also suggest that you have the doors stay open for several seconds when they open them and then have them close shortly afterwards-- kind of like the doors in the classic Doom games in the '90s. And finally, make the doors different colors, because it was hard to tell where I was supposed to go unless I pulled open a map.
