Awesome game! I love feeling like I am causing chaos haha. The scream is so good and I liked the unique visual indicator for its recharging. I would have just liked more ways to cause mischief. The police seem to always be able to catch you once they see you so I had to be a little sneaky. The music made me feel mischievous as well. Great work!
