Game fits the theme with the left / right across the bottom. The stat boost items are very neat, and with the right combination of upgrades makes you feel very powerful. The addition of the enemies that approach you and cut off part of the game space is a nice touch, really forces you to pay attention and plan on which side would be better to take. Hard to read the effects of the items themselves once you have them as the text is rather small. Maybe an additional help page with all potential upgrades and large text would be helpful so players can see what they do outside the rush of the gameplay itself.
