Not sure what game engine this was made in as it's a .jar, but I won't be able to rate this one as I won't download and install code from unknown sources.
Sounds like it isn't working as expected even when downloaded. Some more information, screenshots, etc would be great for the game page itself so we know what to expect. If there are instructions needed to run the game (because its a .jar), instructions on how to do so would also be a good idea.
