I may be too old school abut the exp share but I don't really like the full team spread.
About the Hex fight, I tried adding some options to approach the fight, and kinda hint to them in the screenshots, but I guess I may be bias since I already know all that is available; I'll have it in mind in the future.
You probably already won the fight, but just to make sure, here are some things I added thinking on the hex fight:
-There is a leftovers in the home fridge.
-Lillipup, found in route 1, learn bite at level 6 and being normal type is inmune to ghost attacks.
-You can find sandile and chansey in route 15, north from Draft town
