So are there only 2 endings right now, the second picture on the page doesn't ever really really seem to show up in game.
When you first have the robot appear and have talked to it but before you've removed the tape run to the kitchen and interact with the knife a few times. You'll get that ending picture.
I'm still working on implementing those CG's. I'll make a post when they're all done :)
