Good work! Simple gameplay, neat art and music. I wasn't sure how you were able to take damage because I seemed to slice through the bats and not take damage. Nice work for your first time!
Yes, for the time limit I couldn’t make a good system for shield. So simply when we use shield card, player doesn’t get damage until the shield disappears.
