NCrow normally releases the update at the END OF THE DAY of like California time zone or something. So for anyone in Europe, Africa, Asia or Australia the update will arrive on the 11th.

Update delays can happen because of timezones. As Hosco said, fellas over at Europe, Africa, Australia and my fellas at Asia will have to wait until the 11th, probably.
