Did you work on this after ver 1.1? This is exactly what I'm looking for! It would be great if there was some refinement/development (e.g. a printer-friendly pdf)
I have a second edition in the work, with more emphasis on narration and hopefully less accounting, and a complete layout rework. I hope to release it by the end of summer!
