Alright, alright, I dig it! Theme: You've got the germs and the mask and the vaccine, it's all related, but maybe the setting could have been like in a hospital or something else more cohesive? But it is a nice take on the theme, keep up the creativity!
I see this isn't your first game, I really like your previous one with the box moving forward, the more unique the better, you know? But I also really like getting powers along the way, nice job with that!
The art was great especially for your first time! It looks like you also rigged your sprites which gives a very interesting feel, so good job!
The mechanics were simple, but I liked the timing for hitting the germ thingies!
And while there was no music, your sound effects were good. I'm not sure why sound has it's own category. Anyway. Good job!
