Very lovely visually and the mysterious music is great, atmospheric aesthetics and it manages to be very organic while the building elements are not. At first it's hard to find how it works, but after that it's not a problem (although I don't get why you need to press space for movement... since you use a mouse cursor, wouldn't mouse click be better, or no click at all?). Personally I'd like to be able to see a bit more (so, not always having to use bioluminescence) and have a bit more cozy/casual game feel (like, you get to be the animal!), because that's what I get from it (so, no time limit... although obviously that kind of needs to be here since "speed is key" is set to be the limitation for these game jam entries). A legless gecko... maybe some future gecko? I really want to see this game or something similar developed further (or have separate additions, whatever) too, like adding some monsters. Reminds me of Rain World. But I like how this feels more accessible (while the controls were a bit too annoying for me), there needs to be more web games like this.
