I would call them generally "idealized" but not SKINNY. Ashley is skinny (loli type). The two Drow women we see are genuinely skinny (and are not sexable, at least not by the PC). I think Anne is among the 18 and she is decidedly not skinny, but she is also a side character.

Ashley is petite and flatchested; she doesn't go in for the frilly and girly costuming, which would make the image complete, but 2 out of 3 is good enough for jazz. If, as you insist, she isn't a loli, she is at the very least loli-adjacent. I know you had to tweak her design a little to avoid (unfounded) accusations by hysterical puritans with power over on "P", so it is a touchy subject. But I will not allow myself to be misquoted nor misattributed!
