All of the missing cars are planned to be added! We're even working on another update right now!
The other two camera modes will be added eventually and we plan to make the positions adjustable when a more robust options menu is implemented.
I can most likely add a freecam (I planned to add one eventually anyway) but replay is extremely complicated and won't be added for a while; there are other complex things that I need to focus my attention on first. This is a very large and complex game and takes a while to get much done in my limited freetime outside of work, life, and working on my other game.
That said, I do have several wonderful teammates on this project who may be able to help implementing such a system. PJSF wouldn't be where it is without them, but we're still limited in what we can do and how fast we can do it.
