Hi! Thanks for the feedback. We're actively working on fixing those issues each update. We have several improvements coming in the next update for all of the things you mentioned, especially car handling and physics. The entire grip system needs reworked, but for now you may find the drift tires interesting!

I can most likely add a freecam (I planned to add one eventually anyway) but replay is extremely complicated and won't be added for a while; there are other complex things that I need to focus my attention on first. This is a very large and complex game and takes a while to get much done in my limited freetime outside of work, life, and working on my other game.
That said, I do have several wonderful teammates on this project who may be able to help implementing such a system. PJSF wouldn't be where it is without them, but we're still limited in what we can do and how fast we can do it. As always, I hope you'll stay turned for future developments and THANKS from all of us for playing!

All of the tracks from Rush 2 are planned to be added eventually! We usually add one or two tracks per major update so it may be a little while before they're all here. Tracks are pretty much the biggest/most labor intensive part of this game's development but this is a community project so the more volunteers we can get to help us out, the faster development will go!

All of the missing cars are planned to be added! We're even working on another update right now!
The other two camera modes will be added eventually and we plan to make the positions adjustable when a more robust options menu is implemented.

Hi! Thanks for checkout out the project.
If you're using a Steam Deck, PJSF works for me when using Proton 7.0-6 specifically. I am not sure if it will work the same for you but you might try different versions of proton (Game Settings - Properties - Compatibility - Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool).

I will look into the requirements for a Linux build. I am entirely unfamiliar with the system and it's requirements outside of Steam Deck desktop mode but you're not the first to request a Linux build so I will see what I can do.

Hi! Thanks for playing!

All of the cars and tracks from the three Rush games are planned to be added. Car paint is coming in the 0.11 update which is right around the corner! I plan to enhance vehicle customization further than the original games ever did, but I don't have these features penciled into the dev roadmap just yet so I can't say how soon they will be added.

The community voted between online or split-screen multiplayer a while back with online being substantially more popular, so online multiplayer will be added before split-screen, but I still plan to add that eventually. Rush is a great couch co-op game and game modes like Battle work especially well with it! (Be sure to join the Team Rush Discord server to participate in community votes!)

I don't have plans to create a replay feature before the 1.0 release because this would take quite a bit of time away from more important features, but I could see it working well within the game so I will add that to my notes to add after the 1.0 release in the future. I had not considered a photo mode previously but that would be easy to implement  and would suit the game quite well so I'll look into it!

Thanks for the suggestions and feedback. I hope you enjoy 0.11 when it launches!

Thanks for the support! I wish Rush would make a comeback, but it's been over 20 years and we haven't heard anything, so I made this with the help of many others.

Stay tuned for a large update coming soon! ❤

Thanks so much for the kind words! I'm glad to see that you are enjoying it. More updates are not too far away!

Nice little concept! Very neat
