If you’re playing digitally, you can use the link provided with the game’s files to access a virtual tabletop. Otherwise, you’ll need cards to match each of the Moments (4 sets of 14 cards) and another set of cards numbered 0 to 21. All of these should be able to be shuffled together, with the same backs.
