Not the creator but saw this when downloading the assets:
Simply download the png files and use them as you see fit. If you use them in a game project feel free to credit me (E. Wouters) - although it is not necessary.
Do whatever you like with them, it's only a few particle FX sprites. Since snow and rain are very common, I'm sure these can end up being used a lot :)
You don't need to credit me, but it's nice if you would.
