Hi, Roy! Thank you for posting. Are you updating from a previous Episode? Which Episode (from Epi 6)?

Can you see any buttons on the screen? Can you press the menu or load buttons to try and load another save? Can you reach the Dates menu?

If you can't interact at all, you may need to start from the beginning. The new Episodes are always compatible with past saves, so maybe the save file got corrupted? We are sorry for that.

I buy it today never play before, in the menu there's 2 button new game and continue when I press continue all the screen goes black without any button just the music running, I deleted the data and everything and do new game again but it's the same I can't load the game

Thank you for explaining. If I understand correctly, you can start a new game, but every time you try to continue the game later, the screen goes black and you can't get back to your progress. Is that it?

In this case, if you start a new game, open the MENU in the MENU button on the bottom right and go to the DATES menu, you can see the dates you already did there? If you try to load those saves, you get the same error?

Yeah I tried it, When I play a new game, the previous saves I have made no longer exist, it is as if I had never saved the game.

Ok. Do you use some software to clean space? It may be erasing the files. Maybe your device needs permission to save files in the internal memory. Try to open the android config and give the app the permissions that might appear there. Try to reboot the device too.
