This is not normal behavior (of course) and first time I'm seeing this. Could you please download the new version to see if its solved? Maybe look in solutions online to solve screen tearing.
The total number of hours will depend on your gameplay, but the game has multiple hours already and a new update get released every two weeks, so it'll keep getting longer and deeper quickly.

Episode 4 Pri is going to Gustav's house to have diner. Let's what happens there. PS will bring some events from CH so you can track in which point of the story the game is happening.
Glad you like it! PS has scenes with the director, producer, the sex scene with Gevanni and Caio, with the magazine editor. There are lots of non-lesbian scenes.
